Diseases caused by alcohol:
- Alcoholism- Is when you are dependent on alcohol. Symptoms of this include repeated alcohol consumption. People that have this may experience dizziness, shakiness, and sweating.
- Alcoholic Liver Disease- Is caused from heavy drinking. Symptoms of Alcoholic Liver Disease include energy loss, poor appetite, weight loss, nausea, stomach pain, and small, red spider-like blood vessels on the skin.
- Alcoholic Hepatitis- Occurs when alcohol gets processed into the liver. Heavy drinking causes alcoholic hepatitis, but doctors aren’t completely sure why the condition develops.
